[BNM] Sad I know but... Earliest Serverside scripting...

I wouldn't count server side includes as scripting -- that's like calling HTML a computer programming language(!).

I would also differentiate custom tags from server side scripting -- so early PHP may not qualify -- whereas embedded perl might.
