Listeroonies,
I'm managing several projects and often need development work done ad-hoc
(in Agile environment) either as fixes/support, new things, integrations,
upgrades etc.
These are web applications, so front-end devs not really suitable. I'm
looking for regular dev work done by the same person (ideally) per system.
Ongoing bits here and there.

If you are looking to take on a new client with probably 300-500 manhours a
year available (although initially it will be lower) then please get in
touch.
If you know your Grunt from your Jenkins, Hudson from your Angular,
Mercurial, Redmine, Vis Studio and MS SQL f'schnizzle then get in touch.

None of these technologies are difficult to get to grips with, so dont be
put off. Much prefer coders who can pick up new skills without drama. Dont
need "expert" level, just peer-recognised competent.

Few criteria:

MUST be available via SKYPE for reasonable access during working day and
possible out of hours
MUST be an experienced Dev - might suit an older person who wants to do
part-time/work from home/fed up commuting
MUST be able to do clever PHP or .Net (C#) stuff in MVC structure
MUST be up for learning new stuff - Agile/Angular
MUST be able to document stuff to "hit by a bus" level (CMM level 3 to be
precise)
MUST be affable, reliable and competent :-) (You'd be amazed how many fail
that part)

Preference will be given to individuals who are regularly contactable,
local to Seaford is even better! (not essential)

send usual CV/references/Linkedin/rate details and examples of work
No agencies.
cheers,
Simon
