If you’re going to do it properly (and your boss is paying!) then I’d do a 2 day Scrum Master course and back that up with some books. 

If you’re really worried about them going well and you’ve also got your regular job to do then getting a freelancer in for a few days a week might not be a bad idea. Nadine Schofield would be a good place to start - http://www.projectmanagementod.co.uk
